The View Is Beautiful From Up (Phone Photography Contest - #124)

Hello #feelgood family and friends, I trust your weekend is going well. I welcome you to my blog.

Last week was a wet day in my state of origin; sometimes, the rain would start late at night and drizzle all day. Other times, it would start very early in the day and drizzle all through the day.

It affected businesses and made everything clumsy. The most challenging day came within that week, with the weather becoming very cloudy, as shown in the picture below.

The Cloudy Weather

Before one could say jack, the rain started, blowing heavy wind and raining heavily. I went upstairs to the second floor of our office to check a very deep canal beside it; it was flooded, and I became afraid of the situation.

Immediately, I contacted our safety personnel, who assured me that the flood wouldn’t overflow the canal bank. However, I was unsettled because I would always reach out through the windows to peep at the surroundings, as you can see in the picture here.

In the end, the sight was beautiful as the canal drained the water away and our office environment returned to its beauty.
