Christmas Vibes in Splinterlands: Season-End Grind and Game Progress

Christmas and New Year season is upon us. Some time it looks like the time is flaying very fast. We are about to hit the mid of December month and it also means we are just two days away form the Splinterlands season end, two days left to battle for current season and earn the Glint and rating form the ranked battle play. We can see the Christmas and New Year season wives in splinterlands one of the best paly2earn Hive blockchain game environment also.

The battle page has been updated recently and it look like the rain of gifts lol. Are they going to send gifts to the community, just joking. I actually like the theme as its bright and more attractive then the previous theme.
In the current seasons I purchased the 150 Major draws by spending the 150000 Glints. In the last season I earned slightly more then the 150K glints so spend almost all the glint earned form the season. I am playing in the wild format so purchased the wild pass to enable the wild battle play. I am trying to participate in Brawl also, infect participated in one of the brawl today itself. just now summitted all my brawl battle games and lets wait for the results also. In last brawl also I participated and earned some SPS (not remembered the number and its also not showing on the activity) and 5,733 merits. I do not able to understand why the SPS activity under the Currency Activity tab only shows the SPS staled rewards history only. May be a bug I guess. Form the Rare draw I pulled one Legendary and some epic cards also. I decided in past to spend Glint on Legendary draw also but as I already received the Legendry form the draw packs so not purchased the legendary draw this time.

Game progress

As it is clear form the above screenshot I am playing in the Diamond III league and every winning battle rewards 428 Glint token. Till now I have earned 65,496 Glint form the season end loot I am sure that will be more then 150K (total ranked play & the Season end rewards) during the end of season. Their is slight change in the Glint boost factor, which has increased slightly to 9.23. I undelegated some SPS form one of my alt account as I was not getting much time to play form that account. I have unstacked some of the SPS also which I planed to use for the some cards for Soulkeep game. I am planning to purchase specifically the Hero card form the game which is one missing in my collection. Indeed the card is one important and powerful card in the game. Last time I cheeked the price for the card it was close to 100 USD but now its more then 100 USD (price is fluctuating at present). It will take some time to earn and collect the SPS so I decide to take some portion form the staked part and fill it again afterwards.

The Bitcoin after touching the 100K mark was come below the 100k mark but now is again above the marks. Hope it will sustain and hold the price which is big boost for the crypto sector. Hive also shown a positive trend in the price but second layer token specially the DEC and the SPS has not participated yet. I am playing the Soulkeep almost everyday and learning the usage of different Tower and Spells. I am particularly participating in the tournament and I am glad to share that I secure place in recent one tournament and earned some SPS. But still I feel the Hero card is key card and will boost my game play if I will be able to add in my collection. Rent price is on higher side only so not renting the card.
