New week

A new week. End of the turn of the year talk, we are all back in the crypto and the daily routine has us completely under control again. Hopefully you all had a good week and are you ready for a new week? And hopefully you're also ready to start the new week with a relaxing Newspaper.

BRO & LEGION NEWS

You probably noticed my choice of words here. A relaxing newspaper. And I mean that seriously. Because I seriously have NOTHING new to say about BRO or LEGION. Everything is going according to expectations, and the past week was just downright BORING. Nothing really happened, Ray just about fell asleep. And I sat with my hands in my hair. How on earth can I be expected to bring an interesting newspaper in a week in which nothing happens for BRO or LEGION? Let's hope there's more to tell next week!

HIVE RELATED NEWS

While scrolling through all the blogs that were posted I came across a new community. It may not be a community that I have much to post in, but I think there are people who might find it interesting. There are, as far as I can judge, many lovers of Horror & SciFi. Feel free to read @shinoxl's blog that tells you what you can post in this community ... it could just be the case that it can tie in with one of your future blogs.

Ready to move on to the next part of our short newspaper this week? We're going to check our Hive Fun Question from last week.

Alright! Here we go!

It's only just 2023, of course, so bring on all those good intentions for this year. What are your resolutions for this year, and have you kept to them so far, or have you returned to your normal behavior?

And what do you expect for crypto in 2023?

Apparently we didn't have many people really reading the newspaper last week, or nobody felt attracted to answer the question. So the only answer we had, given by @noctury wins the 20 Hive. Let's do that a bit better this week, shall we?

The question I'm asking you this week is as follows:

Let's take a look at something many of us do every day. Which way doesn't really matter. But have you ever asked yourself WHY and WHAT you actually work for? And following that... HOW do you think you can achieve financial freedom?

Since you guys seem more interested in financial related questions, I hope to get more answers this week. GOSSIP

• Last week there was a conversation going on in the Mancave Discord with mostly men about libido. There were men who admitted that the libido had decreased a little or a lot. There was also one who said that he still had a very good libido. To which Ray wondered how it was possible that @votebetting was chatting on discord in the middle of the night with mostly men. What was he doing there if he still had a really good libido? Shouldn't he have done something completely different?

  Qam laughed at this comment and replied to Ray that everyone would find out soon enough that his libido is still very high. This week Qam became the father of a little baby girl!

  Whether this is really proof of a good libido I'm not quite sure yet, but in any case a very heartfelt congratulations to Qam and his family!
  
  

• When everyone is happy to finally see Bitcoin back above $20K after many weeks. The necessary discussions are going on about this, questions are being asked about whether this is a bull trap or whether we have really left the long bear market behind us. Then suddenly there's @beardoin shouting, "It's at $17K now".

  You don't hear him very often. But when you hear him, he suddenly knows how to attract attention. Fortunately, @silverstackeruk was also present who quickly restored order with the current price of Bitcoin, and don't worry folks! It was then, and is still above $20K at the time of writing.
  
  

• Then in a bear market there are always new ideas that emerge. And now I have been prompted that a very well-known hiver is being encouraged to start his own project in the form of a BMaaS. This stands for Being Mean as a Service.

  I can tell where our own @raymondspeaks got the abbreviation from. For this abbreviation he must have been inspired by the DaaS (Detonator as a Service) contracts of EMP, (@abrockman).

  Whether the idea could be successful? That of course depends on who should do it. The one who should be so mean, for a fee. What do you think, could @traciyork do this? That she can be mean is perhaps known, but secretly I think she is actually much too sweet for this. It may just be me... Correct me if I'm wrong!
  
  

• Meanwhile, @opidia still looks at @themarkymark daily with a slanted eye. That has nothing to do with whether or not she likes Marky, don't get me wrong. However, it does have to do with the large collection of Hive Punks she has collected… and who we know were created by Marky.

  There has been a rumor for a while that a game would be built around the punks. However, so far we have not heard anything more about that, and it does not look like it will. Marky firmly says no!

  Yet Opidia has not given up hope yet, and she probably speaks for many Hiveans who also have a secret hope that a game will appear around the punks. Could we persuade @themarkymark?
  
  

• You often expect a bit of nonsense from @bearbear613 when he appears in discord. I don't mean this negatively, by the way, it can be nice to spend your time with a bit of nonsense talk. Why should we always be serious? It's not for nothing that people like to spend some time on a bit of nonsense.

  And just when you think you're getting some more of that, Bear makes an announcement that doesn't cheer anyone up, but nobody can argue with either. "I realize life is so fucked up, whatever you expect never happens".

  Maybe it's an idea to expect only bad things, so that only good things will happen?
