Diy - I made a Sunday wear for a friend.

Hello everyone @diyhub community how was your weekend,i believe it was great and awesome.
Mine was great and i am hoping forward to a beautiful new week.

Today i want to share with you the gown i made for my friend,to me it was just a simple style she wanted but at the end of it,it turned out to be a gown she so much adore.
I guess it has alot to do with her shape,clothes fits her easily.
Here are the materials i used for the work

• Simple fabric gotten from the store
• Scissors
• Measuring tape

First step
The first thing i did was to fold the fabric for cutting
I put it on the table and i marked out the measurements.
The measurements i took are the full measurements, shoulder measurements,half length,burst measurements and hips measurements.
And i cut it out,for the sleeve i had made cutting with shoulder.

The neck was just a round neck,i made a small slit in front of the dress for easy wearing since there was no zip or button.

After that,i made an interface for the neck of the dress,most times i prefer to use bias but since i had none at the moment i used the same fabric to create it.

I sew all the pieces together and for the front of the dress i decided to fancy it more with gold colour trimming and it came out perfectly nice.
