Crochet Bear Coaster

Hello, Diyhubbers, it’s IB again, and I’m here with a new crochet piece.
I present to you all my very own bear coaster, crafted with so much love and enthusiasm.

This crochet piece was born out of boredom and the need to try something new.
With every stitch, my excitement grew. I couldn’t wait to see the result of all my hard work. I was particularly worried about the bear's face, as a result, I spent a lot of time trying to get it right. I am glad that my bear coaster eventually turned out to be super cute.

Coasters are very important as they can serve various purposes in our homes. Having cute coasters in your home is both beautiful and rewarding.

To make this lovely bear coaster, I used the following materials and followed the steps below.

Materials
Yarn
Crochet Hook
Scissors
Darning Needle

Terminologies
CH— Chain
SL— Slip Stitch
SC— Single Crochet
DC— Double Crochet

Procedure

Step 1:
To make this lovely bear coaster, make a magic circle and chain two.

Step 2:
Proceed to make 12DC in the magic circle.

Step 3:
To begin the next row, start by making 2DC and continue with an increase.

Step 4
Repeat step 3 and continue with an increase until you get your desired length and size.

Step 5:
Satisfied with your coaster proceed to make the ears.
To make the ear, make a single crochet, double crochet, 3 triple crochet and repeat the pattern, and end it with a slip stitch.

Repeat the pattern to make the second ear.

Step 6:
Attach the eyes, nose of the bear. Don’t forget the tiny bow.

Put some finishing touches and voila!! You have your bear coaster.
