My Journey On Hive

My journey on hive started on 29 September 2025. Before then, I never imagined that I would be someone who could sit down and write post for people to read. Writing was not something I believe I could do in my life, but Hive changed that for me.

I first heard about Hive from @ozibaby who introduced me to the platform. Later, I was onboarded by @beauty197, who guided me through the process of creating my account and getting started.

When I joined, I was told that the best way to grow on Hive was to write post and engage with other people's post. At the beginning, it was not easy for me to understand how everything worked, expecially because I had never done anything related to crypto before, I have zero idea about crypto. So that makes everything about Hive to be new to me, but I kept trying and learning.

My first post was titled "Copy Of My Introduction On Hive." I honestly did not pay much attention to who my first upvoter was, because my main focus at that time was trying to understand the system and to find my place in the community.

As for my first HBD earnings, I have not spend them yet. I decided to keep saving them for now.

So far, I have been on Hive for close to six months now, and the experience has been amazing. One thing that surprises me the most is my self discovery, I can actually write posts and share my thoughts with people. Hive has become like the higher education I was not opportune to attend.

Before joining Hive, I found it very difficult to read long or even short articles. But now, I can read, write, and engage with other people's post. My reading and writing skills has improved greatly.

Hive has also taught me many important values. I have learnt patience, because everything on Hive is a gradual process. I have also learnt about transparency, yes it is visible on Hive blockchain. Hive has helped me developed discipline and determination, because to grow here, you must be consistent in writing, reading, and engaging with others.

Of course, I can not forget to mention friends I have made on Hive, they are part of my beautiful journey on Hive. Many of them feel like family to me. Imagine reading someone's post and asking question in the comment section, and they humbly and willing explain things to you. And even encouraged me to ask questions any day any time. That kind of support gives me a strong sense of belonging on this platform.

I can confidently say that, Hive is one of the best things that has happened to me. Hive had gradually brought out a better version of me I never knew existed. I am very happy about this journey.

I want to say happy anniversary to Hive as it turns 6. I believe we will continue to celebrate many more years together with greater expectations, growth, and even more opportunities for everyone in the community.
