Woooow I am still very happy for many reasons and one of the reason I am happy is because I will be adding another year in the next two days and also because I am still celebrating my one year anniversary on the hive blockchain and every time I see how far I have come I just can't help but be thankful and grateful at all times because it wasn't easy...

In the last one year of my stay and consistency on the hive blockchain, I have seen, read and witnessed a lot of issues and cases on the hive blockchain, when I talk about issues and cases, I have seen a lot of hiveans come and go, I have seen some people who just stay for some months and then varnish into thin air, I have seen another set of people who varnish after cashing out their payout on their introduction post and lastly I have seen some people who have taken a permanent exit of this beautiful blockchain because of one reason of the other...

Talking about taking a permanent exit, some people have decided to exit the blockchain because of one or two issues they have with their account either as a result of plagiarizing, spamming, recycling of posts or breaking any other rule guiding the hive blockchain, to be honest quiting is not the best solution in this case, you know how beneficial hive is to one's life so why not take time to serve whatever punishment you were given and when you are done you can start afresh by building up yourself and learning from your past mistakes and making sure it doesn't happen again...

Once bitten twice shy is how the famous saying goes, if you don't want to be punished then don't commit any sin or offense that will get you punished and that can only happen when one abide by the rules and regulations of the system and this is where the saying comes; nobody is perfect and that means we all are prone to mistakes and whenever we make mistakes, the best thing to do is to make up for or rectify that mistake by doing something to clear you off the offense and then you can start on a clean slate...

I have seen some people who took some time off the blockchain because of how choking and occupied their offline life is, I understand cases like that and that means situations forced them to leave temporarily but the case is different for people who want growth but still yet they take hive for granted and are not doing what needs to be done...

The fact some people don't understand is that success is not achieved in a day and that means it takes years of hard work, consistency, dedication and determination to achieve success, take a look at the whale accounts, the orcas account, the dolphins account, do you think they achieved that in one day or one month, it takes years of hardwork and that is why consistency, hardwork and dedication is the key to growth...

Some people have left because they did not get much audience on their post nor much reward on their post, the question is what are you doing wrong or wright?, it takes patience to be successful in life, ask yourself this question everytime you notice a change and that should be what am I doing wrong or wright??...

Many have been in this same shoes for months and years but still yet they have made up their mind to stay no matter how hard it gets and today they are seeing the result of their endurance, dedication, consistency, hard work and exploration and now that will remind them of what they had to go through to achieve their desired result...

One thing about the hive blockchain that some newbies don't understand is that; hive is not a get rich quick platform and if you have this type of mindset I am sure you will be quitting soon because you are wrong, it takes years of hardwork to achieve that goal here on hive...

Manna won't fall from heaven, you have to work for it, you have to earn every penny you make and that is by giving out the best in you in terms of writing, vlogging or gaming, the point is to just be consistent and engaging to get what you want on hive...

It is okay to take a break once in a while and it is okay to leave for a while and come back in months or years depending on how long you want and one thing about hive is that there will always be someone to welcome you back and that is one of the benefit of joining a community...

Success is not achieved only by hardwork, dedication, consistency and determination but it also work with your MINDSET AND MENTALITY, you need to have a sound and effective mindset towards achieving success then you are guaranteed for greatness...
