Greetings humans, how are you...

This has always been my way to start a post here, and today is no exception, since this Colombian celebrates 4 years on Hive.
I don’t know if there’s anyone from my country who’s been here longer, but I believe I must be in the top 5 Colombians with the most time on this blockchain.

Being on Hive has been an incredible journey because it has motivated me to grow as a person; thanks to this blockchain I was able to get my computer (my first posts were written from a laptop with a broken screen), and nowadays I’m studying English (there are many users here who speak it), since I feel it could open doors for me. On top of that, I’ve learned so much from this wonderful blockchain, as it encourages you to dive into tokens, NFTs, DeFi, dApps, and many more things.

MY ACCOUNT

Well, I’m about to reach 74 (reputation). I haven’t grown much in followers (this isn’t like web2 social media), but this year I’ve met several hivers in real life, and at the moment of writing this post, we’re at Medellín Blockchain Week, where many hivers from other countries have come (incredible), and Hive will also be participating.

Here’s a picture with my friend @ecoinstant (another Hive enthusiast), who by the way changed his look, and with whom I had a small meetup here in Medellín these past days he looks great.

As for my account, I’ve written a lot of varied content, although I’ve mostly focused on gaming projects here, trying to teach people about the blockchain gaming world through my own experience and being honest. Right now, I’m doing a power down to start creating another type of content here and use those funds.

Here I’ll share with you some of my statistics on this blockchain over time, along with the gaming projects I’ve been part of:

Well, if Hive is still new to the world, here in my country it’s just taking its first steps. Hopefully, in the future, we’ll be able to create a large Colombian community that shares this passion for everything related to this world.
I feel that in my country, the crypto world is very new in general, and there’s a good opportunity. Of course, this depends on people’s interest in this world and how useful it is for them, since from my point of view, Hive can be a bit complex for newcomers.

I thank life for allowing me to discover Hive, since I started from 0 and nobody helped me (I was on my own). But I hope to be able to help others get started so that their experience on Hive is very friendly and they’ll want to stay.
I don’t know how long Hive will last, I know the current price isn’t what it deserves, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned from this blockchain it’s that it goes far beyond price.
