FROM WRITING A POST TO BEING AT A BOOTH AT HIVE / DAY 2 FINAL [Eng/Esp]

Greetings humans, how are you...

The Criptolatin Fest event has ended here in my city Medellín, where we were talking to people about everything that is the Hive universe.

I’m exhausted because right after finishing at the event, I had to continue with another one related to gastronomy, which I also belong to and which overlapped with the Hive event. But well, I managed to handle it, though now I’ve lost my voice but with the satisfaction of having accomplished the work.

This humble servant feels that, for the first time, I was able to help the blockchain from another perspective, planting curiosity in new people about something called Hive.

I don’t know how many new accounts I created on Hive, but something I really liked was that I was able to connect with many people of all ages and even from other countries. They left happy with their Hive account and eager to learn more.

I know Hive can be overwhelming at first, and here I’d like to share something that happened to me while creating accounts, as well as other things that occurred during the event.

ACCOUNT CREATION

Well, aside from the fact that the internet was terrible at the venue, I feel that the dApp for doing the checking w is very slow and has too many steps to complete. For example, one window for the photo, another for the community, another for the country, etc. I think all of this could be unified into a single window and send the data in one single transaction just like when we write a post here. This would greatly reduce the time it takes to create accounts. Sometimes people were already wanting to move on to the next booth. I could have created many more accounts, but this limited me.

ARLETTE’S CONFERENCE
For the first time, I was able to attend a Hive conference in person. This time, the girl presenting was @arlettemsalase, where she gave a presentation about Hive, mostly focused on content creation and the APR of HBD. They also announced the winner of the giveaway.

I would have liked the conference to be earlier to attract a bigger audience, since it was around 5 p.m. and it was a very rainy day. I felt that many people were already leaving the venue to get ready for the closing party, although there was still good activity.

In general, I liked the event a lot. There were many people, even though Medellín is new to this whole crypto world. It was also the first time that Hive participated in something like this here in Medellín. I was even able to practice my English a little.

Once again, many thanks to @starkerz (I didn’t get to say goodbye to you, my friend, you have good Spanish), @lunaticanto, and @ecoinstant for your time and willingness. It was wonderful to be able to talk with all of you. Thank you so much for thinking about Medellín.

Ha terminado el evento de Cryptolatin fest en mi ciudad Medellín, donde estuvimos hablándoles a las personas sobre todo lo que es el universo hive.
Estoy rendido ya que cuando terminaba en el evento me tocaba seguir en otro de gastronomía al que también pertenezco y que se me cruzo con el evento de hive, pero bueno lo logre e incluso ando sin voz, pero con la satisfacción de la labor lograda.

Este humilde servidor siento que por primera vez pude ayudar a la blockchain desde otro panorama sembrándoles la duda a las personas nuevas de que existe algo llamado hive.
No se cuantas cuentas nuevas cree en hive, pero algo que me gusto es que pude conectar con muchas personas de todas las edades e incluso de otros países que se fueron contentos con su cuenta de hive y queriendo saber más.
Se que hive es abrumador al principio y aquí quisiera tocar algo que me sucedió cuando creaba cuentas, ademas de otras cosas que pasaron en el evento.

CREACIÓN DE CUENTAS
Bueno aparte de que el internet estuvo malisimo en el jugar, siento que la dapp para hacer el checking w es muy demorada y tiene muchos pasos para poder hacerlo, es decir una ventana para la foto, otra para la comunidad, otra para poner el país, etc; siento que todo esto se podría unificar en una sola ventana y si mandar los datos a cargar en una sola transacción, tal cual que cuando escribimos un post por acá´; ya que esto podría reducir mucho los tiempos para crear las cuentas y bueno las personas en ocasiones ya se querían ir para el siguiente stand. Pude haber creado mucho mas cuentas pero esto me limito.

CONFERENCIA DE ARLETTE
Bueno por primera vez pude asistir a una conferencia de hive alli en lugar, esta vez la chica que estaba hablando de ello es @arlettemsalase donde hizo una exposicion de hive, mas que todo enfocada en la creación de contenido y el apr del HBD; ademas de que dieron el ganador del giveaway.
Me hubiese gustado que la conferencia fuera mas temprano para captar mucho mayor publico ya que fue a eso de las 5 p.m y fue un día súper lluvioso ,con lo que siento que ya muchas personas se estaban llendo del lugar para prepararse para la fiesta de cierre, aunque igual hubo actividad.

En general me gusto el evento hubo mucha gente y eso que medellin es nueva en todo este mundo crypto; y bueno es primera vez que hive participa en algo así aquí en Medellín, también pude practicar un poco mi ingles. De nuevo muchas gracias a @starkerz ( no me pude despedir de ti amigo , tienes buen español ) @lunaticanto , @ecoinstant por su tiempo y disposición, fue bonito poder hablar con todos ustedes. Muchas gracias por pensar en Medellín.

Bueno me despido por esta vez, como siempre te recuerdo aprender algo nuevo, hacer deporte pero hoy ademas doy fé de que TODO LO QUE APRENDAS TE VA A SERVIR PARA LA VIDA.
