My amazing hive journey- Hive @ 6years

When i first joined hive, I got to know that hive is a decentralised platform and not a centralised platform, at first i was a bit confused but as i journey and learn on hive it became more clearer, that alone made hive a beautiful and special place to belong. Sincerely i have come to love hive wholeheartedly. I didn't experience steem fork. My journey on hive have not been a smooth one, there has been ups and downs, join me as i share my story with you.

I joined hive platform 29th September 2025, which by 29th of this month I will be turning 6 months old in hive. Am super happy so far i have gone on hive. So i was introduced to hive by my sister @sarahbaby and i was onboarded by my local guide. At first i didn't want to join hive because I was afraid of being scammed, I have had a lot of experiences that I lost my money several times that alone discourage me that I vowed never to engage on all these online platform. But she kept convincing that hive is quite different from other web 3 platform. Out of curiosity and much persuasion i joined hive. Which am regretting why haven't joined or known hive before now.

I have learnt alot on hive, which am still also learning everyday. My writing skill have improved, before now am this kind of person that don't like writing nor reading long article or post, but each day i found myself trying to acquire more knowledge and to do more so as to improve on my writing skill and know more about hive. There are more to know about hive and am open to learn more.

My first post was my introductory post, where i introduced myself whicht gave me my first upvote, at first I didn't know i will be upvoted to that entend, so that alone made me happy and encouraged me to do more. As time goes on i got more rewards from engaging on community contest like #ladiesonhive, #indiaunited, #hiveghana, #shadowhunter, #midnightowl and other communities and I also got rewards from commentrewarder which they stop rewarding me for a while now. They day i was onboarded i got my first HBD which i used immediately to get some groceries for myself.

Here is my first HBD earning and what purchased with it.😂

Each month i try as much as possible to power up so that I build my HP, I have a target to achieve by building my hp which i try as much as possible to achieve. I also try to save my hbd in order to build it up, which am impressed and am much motivated and willing to be consistent in my posting and engaging with with friends and communities contest.

As i said earlier my journey on hive has never been a smooth one, there are times feel tired, discouraged and wanting to quit. Sometimes i get big wins and sometimes non but the interesting thing is that one thing kept me moving on and trying to do more on hive. This time around am not looking at the rewards. I have made good friends here who have been there to encourage me, each time I find it difficult in some areas on hive, they always willing to guide me through. I try as much as possible to engage and chat with them.

As hive turns big 6 let's all in unison achieve this aim of building and marketing till our communities and the world at large know about hive. Its fun being on hive, HIVE is now like a family to me. Sincerely i appreciate your kind comments, support and upvotes it means alot to me. My journey here on hive is a memorable and testifying one.
