Hi everyone! 😍
This day I again had the opportunity to volunteer at the Kingdom Hall.

I used to do it often when I was still single.
So stepping back into that familiar environment instantly brought back memories of joy and fulfillment.
I arrived there in the afternoon and was assigned to help with the gravel work.

Our task was to fill the side of the Kingdom Hall with gravel, and we did it through teamwork.
The boys shoveled the gravel into pails, and we girls formed a line, passing each pail from one person to another.
It's amazingly fast and everyone cooperates.
I realized how much I miss doing things like this. 🥹
During break time, we were served basoso along with a cucumber juice.

That basoso looked so simple, but it was delicious.
The ingredients were so generous that you could eat real pieces of buko.
It's soft and sweet. 😻💛
Have you tried it before?
When we resumed, we finished transferring the entire "gravel mountain" to the side of the Kingdom Hall.
After that, we were also assigned to collect the gravel outside and place it into sacks.
We wrapped up around 5 PM, exhausted but satisfied.
When I head home, I just walk along the road, as my hubby couldn't use the e-bike on the highway. We just agreed to meet at the centro.

As I walked, the beauty around me was really admirable.

On my right side was nature, and on the other side was sunset.

Truly nature never fails to amaze me.
When I finally saw my hubby waiting for me, I quickly asked him if we could stop by the night market, as I was craving some tusok-tusok.
Of course, he agreed.
So we headed home with me happily munching on my cravings. ✨😉

Until my next simple day...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸

What a tiring but fulfilling experience you had! 😍
Taking on a volunteer role often reminds us that our time and skills can make a real difference. It’s not just about completing the task. It’s about the relationships we build along the way. 😇
