We, as mayors of each classroom and program, are part of what we call the Mayors’ League Organization.
Our role as mayors is to disseminate information to students. At the same time, as an organization, we have the responsibility to be involved in outreach activities, with a maximum of two outreaches. For our first outreach activity, we conducted a feeding program in Pangpang, Candijay, Bohol. This outreach activity took place last semester.

Our scheduled time was at 6:30 a.m. Starting early in the morning is more appropriate than beginning later in the day, given the intense heat during the summer season.

We do coastal clean-up and nearby the roadside. We walked for an hour while passing by the roadside that has so many plastics and other garbages. It took us for a while and had a bit of exhausting

After we had so many sacks of plastic and other garbage our Mayor's League Adviser said that we should segregate all the waste. So, here we are separating the plastics, cartons, and other waste. It was a great experience it only reveals what truly our hearts care for and I'm so glad to be part of it.

After a while, segregation is finally done and so here we had a group photo holding our banner, our theme for this outreach activity with all participating Mayors and Officers.

Lastly, our President humbly ask every officer to be present so that we can also have our group photo even just for this outreach activity but we're not that complete though it was good because majority of the officers attended. This is our campus Bohol Island State University- Candijay Campus.
In overall, what I have learned from this activity is that it is very important to take good care of our nature it not only that it serves as an example of being a good citizens who has heart for the welfare of other people. Sometimes, responsibility might be a burden to us but actually it taught us valuable lessons in life and only that person who will embrace that responsibility will only understand how valuable it is and I am so thankful and blessed to embrace this opportunity and responsibility.
Til next write, then!
Thank you for the support guyss..
We had a trip to Bohol last November, and I can attest that it's one of the cleanest place I've ever seen here in the Philippines. As I see your blog, I think it's because of people like you who is responsible enough on taking care for their environment. Kudos to you and to those kind people with you.
Hello po, woahhh this is so encouraging, thank you po..
