Who loves veggies here? ๐ฅฌ๐ฅ Raise your hand! โ Are you a vegetarian or simply someone who enjoys eating vegetables?
Well, if that's you, then we have something in common! I've been a vegetable lover since I was a kid. Honestly, I'm perfectly happy with a meal full of vegetables. One of my all-time favorites is okraโI could eat it anytime!
Personally, I am not a researcher haha ๐ but having this opportunity to write โ๏ธ blog about this farm it lead me to become one. So I did research about their benefits.
Let me show you around this kinda familiar place

This place is located in Masayag, Guindulman Bohol. It has a farm owned by the daughter of our Senior Pastor. The farm is filled with many different kinds of vegetables, which are now being taken care of by the sister of our Pastor's wife. The daughter of our Senior Pastor moved to Norway with her family because her husband preferred to live there. He did not like living in the hilippines because the hot weather and humid climate caused his skin rashes to worsen.
EGGPLANT ๐๐

Have you noticed that many students love eggplant? Especially when it's cooked with eggโit's one of my favorite school lunches! I recently learned that eggplant is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and C, which help keep our bodies healthy and may help lower the risk of diabetes.

Next, we have Cherry ๐
The first time I tasted these cherries, I didn't like them at all. ๐ But as the days went by, they became one of my favoritesโespecially when eaten fresh with a little salt! These are just some of the many fruits grown on this farm. I also learned that cherries are low in calories and rich in vitamins, making them a delicious and healthy snack.
LEMON
This Lemonsito is one of the common fruit that my mother always brought when we have our coughs. Lemonsito is very common to all of us and we even know that this Lemonsito has a Vitamin C right ๐
TOMATO ๐
My gosh this is one of my favorite. Just simply slice the tomato and put a little bit of salt then let's EAT haha ๐ the yummiest ๐คค
I have a lot of knowledge I learn from many different people in my surroundings. Tomato is useful in our daily interaction in the kitchen. As I conduct my research tomato keeps our blood from blood clothing.
Who love pepper?
If you're that pepper lover of course me too hindi magpapahuli ( I will never be late) haha especially the Visayan Pepper which is the most common here in our place.
Now, let me introduce this pepper in their farm
BELL PEPPER

This is most commonly used as an ingredient in preparing a pancit/bihon a Pinoy dish as always whenever there's a celebration. It has also excellent Vitamins like A, C and potassium. Bell peppers also contains a healthy dose of fiber that's why I also love bell pepper ๐คค
Last but not the least
THE GREEN ONION GROWING IN GROUND
This has a lot of used in any kind of dishes. It's either scrambled egg, meat soup and more. According to my research it help prevent cancer, it prevent cold and flu and promote healthy heart.
Well, this is one is really good for the health of our physical body.
Ending this journey reminded me of a dream I've held onto for so longโto one day own a wide piece of land where I can grow my own vegetables. ๐ฑ Having a vegetable farm would not only help save on expenses but also provide fresh, healthy produce straight from the garden. Hopefully, one day, this dream will become a reality. ๐
