RE: Our Municipality Have A Nutrition Culminating Activity to Celebrate Nutrition Month with the Ten Barangays

I find a time in which people are thinking about healthier eating habits very important!
Unfortunately, many parents prefer taking their children to fast-food restaurants instead of cooking healthy (for example traditional) meals themselves or simply offering them vegetables or fruits. Additionally, in Philippine supermarkets, far too many products are not offered in their natural form (pure milk or 100% fruit juice), but with unnecessary added sugar!

Nice to see all that healthy but also delicious food in your post!

I also like the rules mentioned by the nutritionst about how to eat healthier and more sustainable. I would agree to them all.

That's what other parents don't avoid where they take their children in fast food. It's not bad to eat in fast food restaurants but we should limit eat.

Reading this, as biologist I would agree that fast food in general is not healthy. It won't harm your health a lot if you eat it now and then, but if it becomes an essential part of your diet it might cause some damage. I think for example this article highlights the disadvantages of fast food rather well.
