Hello beer lovers! I spent a few days away from the community, ended up getting sick, and had to stay away from this wonderful golden liquid for a month and a half, but I'm finally back, tasting that cold, delicious beer. The sensation of tasting something after 45 days of abstinence is surreal, your mind wandering, a pleasure that goes beyond the familiar.

This triumphant return is being led by SOL beer, a beer produced with solar energy and considered "healthy" compared to others. I know this is an illusion; the fact that it's produced with wind, solar, or any other type of energy doesn't affect its final flavor or properties. However, we like to believe there's something different.

SOL beer is a Mexican beer brand produced by the HEINEKEN group in Brazil. It has a mild flavor and a low alcohol content of around 4.5%, which is why I chose this brand for my return to beer. Its pilsner style has a light, refreshing, and smooth flavor, making it a good choice for those new to the world of beer.

It's light yellow in color and produces few bubbles when viewed in the glass. It's tasty, even though it barely has any bitterness. It was a perfect choice. I'll take it easy for now, wanting to recover more until I return to the varieties I love.

Did I drink it at lunch? No! Did I drink it at a barbecue? No! I enjoyed it with some popcorn I bought on the way home from work. It wasn't the ideal pairing, but it was the perfect snack for the moment.

A sensação de saborear algo depois de 45 dias de abstinência é surreal, a mente divaga, um prazer que vai além do familiar.

Esse retorno triunfal está sendo liderado pela cerveja SOL, uma cerveja produzida com energia solar e considerada "saudável" em comparação com outras. Sei que isso é uma ilusão; o fato de ser produzida com energia eólica, solar ou qualquer outro tipo de energia não afeta seu sabor final ou suas propriedades. No entanto, gostamos de acreditar que há algo diferente.

A cerveja SOL é uma marca mexicana de cerveja produzida pelo grupo HEINEKEN no Brasil. Ela tem um sabor suave e um baixo teor alcoólico, em torno de 4,5%, e é por isso que escolhi essa marca para meu retorno à cerveja. Seu estilo pilsen tem um sabor leve, refrescante e suave, tornando-a uma ótima opção para quem está começando no mundo das cervejas.

Tem uma cor amarelo-claro e produz poucas bolhas quando vista no copo. É saborosa, mesmo com pouco amargor. Foi uma escolha perfeita. Vou com calma por enquanto, querendo me recuperar mais até voltar às variedades que amo.

Bebi no almoço? Não! Bebi em um churrasco? Não! Apreciei com uma pipoca que comprei no caminho do trabalho para casa. Não foi a harmonização ideal, mas foi o petisco perfeito para o momento.
