Hello beer lovers! The history of the traditional Spanish beer, ESTRELLA GALÍCIA, began in Brazil with an ice factory that became the Hijos de Rivera brewery in 1906. Considered a high-quality beer, it offers a slightly better value for money than other varieties of the quality. Its balanced flavor was designed to highlight the hops and malts.

With 4.7% ABV and 17 IBU, it has a moderate bitterness, which enhances the desire for more and more beers. Its ingredients are: water, barley malt, hops, and yeast.

APPERANCE

It has a golden color, its head has medium to small bubbles, and it lasts a long time. Its visual presentation seduces its connoisseurs.

AROMA

The aroma is reminiscent of freshly baked French bread, a pleasant bakery aroma. I couldn't identify the hop aroma.

FLAVOR

The tasting is pleasant, a high-quality beer that offers a distinct sensation with each sip. The flavor is initially sweet, but then gradually turns bitter, a subtle but noticeable change. This bitter sensation lingers on your palate.

In short, it's a light beer with a mild bitterness, perfect for those who enjoy mild flavors. It's above average, its quality is evident, but it leaves a nasty hangover the next day. I drank a few beers and woke up with a strange feeling, as if I'd been drinking all night. Be careful not to overdo it.

These beers were a gift from a local brewer; we drank them at a barbecue with friends; they were simply perfect. It pairs well with special occasions; its alcohol content is deceptive; it seems stronger than the label states.

Olá, amantes da cerveja! A história da tradicional cerveja espanhola, ESTRELLA GALÍCIA, começou no Brasil com uma fábrica de gelo que se tornou a cervejaria Hijos de Rivera em 1906. Considerada uma cerveja de alta qualidade, ela oferece uma relação custo-benefício ligeiramente melhor do que outras variedades da mesma qualidade. Seu sabor equilibrado foi projetado para destacar os lúpulos e os maltes.

Com 4,7% ABV e 17 IBU, possui amargor moderado, o que aumenta o desejo por mais e mais cervejas. Seus ingredientes são: água, malte de cevada, lúpulo e levedura.

SABOR

A degustação é agradável, uma cerveja de alta qualidade que oferece uma sensação distinta a cada gole. O sabor é inicialmente doce, mas gradualmente torna-se amargo, uma mudança sutil, mas perceptível. Essa sensação amarga permanece no paladar.

Resumindo, é uma cerveja leve com amargor suave, perfeita para quem aprecia sabores suaves. É acima da média, sua qualidade é evidente, mas deixa uma ressaca desagradável no dia seguinte. Bebi algumas cervejas e acordei com uma sensação estranha, como se tivesse bebido a noite toda. Cuidado para não exagerar.

Essas cervejas foram um presente de uma cervejaria local; Tomamos em um churrasco com amigos; estavam simplesmente perfeitos. Combina bem com ocasiões especiais; seu teor alcoólico engana; parece mais forte do que o rótulo indica.
