BEERSATURDAY 411: BLACK PRINCESS GOLD BEER (EN/PT)

Hello beer lovers! My day was very busy, a tour of several tourist attractions in Paraíba, there were so many cities that the excitement turned into an obligation, my body followed the flow automatically. The travel package included lunch, snacks and appetizers for the trip. Among the snacks, there it was, the BLACK PRINCESS beer. “I won't deny it, I made the most of it, whenever possible, I would grab one to savor”

A beer inaugurated in 1882 by Dom Pedro II, its first name was associated with the Princesa Imperial beer factory, only in 1906 that it changed its name to what it is today: BLACK PRINCESS. It has several varieties, we are highlighting the GOLD, pure malt in my post.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the second time I've tried this beer. I don't know if its composition has changed, it's been so long that I don't even remember its flavor anymore. After tasting it, I can say that it's a mild beer, with barely any bitterness, its alcohol content is 4.7% and IBU 12, which is quite light. The flavor is associated with bread, and is tasty for those who like beers without bitterness. For those who enjoy a beer that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, it's hard to believe that it's a beer. Its ingredients are: water, barley malt, hops and yeast.

Its color is dark gold, and it produces little foam, which disappears quickly. I barely managed to take 3 photos and more than 70% of the foam had evaporated. As I mentioned above, it has no bitterness at any point. Regarding its aroma, it's very low intensity. When you open the bottle, you notice the presence of herbal malt, which disappears shortly after.

It's not a beer I would buy for my daily moments, the sweetness of the malt and the bitterness of the hops cancel each other out, forming a neutral beer. Personally, I like a strong flavor, something that makes me want to taste more.

Regardless of whether I like it or not, it was the beer of the trip, I enjoyed several units drinking in moderation, it's not every day that a tour makes beers available to its customers.

Olá, amantes da cerveja! Meu dia foi bem corrido, um passeio por vários pontos turísticos da Paraíba, eram tantas cidades que a empolgação virou obrigação, meu corpo seguiu o fluxo automaticamente. O pacote de viagem incluía almoço, petiscos e aperitivos para a viagem. Entre os petiscos, lá estava ela, a cerveja BLACK PRINCESS. "Não vou negar, aproveitei ao máximo, sempre que possível, pegava uma para saborear."

Cerveja inaugurada em 1882 por Dom Pedro II, seu primeiro nome foi associado à fábrica de cerveja Princesa Imperial, somente em 1906 mudou seu nome para o que é hoje: BLACK PRINCESS. Possui diversas variedades, destacamos a GOLD, puro malte, no meu post.

Se não me engano, é a segunda vez que experimento esta cerveja. Não sei se a composição mudou, faz tanto tempo que nem me lembro mais do sabor. Depois de prová-la, posso dizer que é uma cerveja suave, com amargor quase imperceptível, com teor alcoólico de 4,7% e IBU 12, o que é bem leve. O sabor é associado ao pão e é saboroso para quem gosta de cervejas sem amargor. Para quem aprecia uma cerveja que deixa um gosto amargo na boca, é difícil acreditar que seja uma cerveja. Seus ingredientes são: água, malte de cevada, lúpulo e levedura.

Sua cor é dourado escuro e produz pouca espuma, que desaparece rapidamente. Mal consegui tirar 3 fotos e mais de 70% da espuma já havia evaporado. Como mencionei acima, não apresenta amargor em nenhum momento. Quanto ao aroma, é de baixíssima intensidade. Ao abrir a garrafa, nota-se a presença de malte herbal, que desaparece logo em seguida.

Não é uma cerveja que eu compraria para o meu dia a dia, a doçura do malte e o amargor do lúpulo se anulam, formando uma cerveja neutra. Pessoalmente, gosto de um sabor forte, algo que me faça querer provar mais.

Independentemente de gostar ou não, foi a cerveja da viagem, apreciei várias unidades bebendo com moderação. Não é todo dia que um tour disponibiliza cervejas para seus clientes.
