Love knowing about brewing companies' history... Had lots of experiences in NZ, and when I go outside, that brings me goosebumps because of what I can compare.

Yes, beer and brewery history is often amazing! A few years ago I had a tour at a rather smallish brewery in Brussels, one of the breweries that brew "Lambique" beer, which can only be brewed in that specific region of about 10kms, due to specific bacteria that are in the air that give a specific yeasting process... So interesting and cool to see!
