Caturday Garden Fun
Today felt extra hot but it was lovely to see Prince coming out and enjoying himself he even managed to jump up on the outdoor seating himself! Really happy with how well hes been lately. He is 18 and a half years old already, so his bones are quite stiff and he moves a lot slower than he once did. But he has his loving siblings around him and lots of support, just feel bad for them, him especially when its a lot warmer out. As if he's not comfortable, it takes a lot for him to move and find somewhere better.
He was sat with Pixie as she just relaxed and groomed herself. Pixie is almost 15 years old too, crazy how the time flies!
We also set up a cat tend for them to play around in or to get away from the sun during the very hot days like today! Zeus was doing his usual by getting involved with anything happening and inspecting away! He very much loved the tent and had a lot of fun messing with the strings inside. Trying his damned to bring the thing down half the time. He's such a cutie
Here is Zeus and his twin brother Apollo, the heat is too much for apollo today he needs his resting time. 😂 We have plenty of water stations set around for the cats to make sure none are dehydrated during these hot days. Got to top them up with ice every so often too so it's nice and refreshing for them!
