Esto no quiere decir que las personas que nos rodean siempre deben "estar bien". Pero que puedan estarlo de vez en cuando, y ser compañía, sostén y apoyo, es sumamente valioso. Así, también nosotros podremos serlo para ellos, cuando lo precisen.

Sometimes a brief conversation is enough to make us feel inspired and filled with positive energy.
Words that comfort and motivate can bring about significant changes in our lives.
This doesn’t mean that the people around us always have to be “okay.” But the fact that they can be okay from time to time—and offer companionship, support, and encouragement—is incredibly valuable. That way, we can be there for them, too, when they need us.
