El amor es un acto. Lo mismo ocurre con la comprensión, la empatía, el respeto...
A veces se puede caer en el error de que, como lo estamos pensando, está sucediendo. Sentir compasión por otra persona, privadamente, no le hace sentir al otro que está siendo acompañado en su malestar, en el sentido de una humanidad compartida. Por eso, las relaciones y la vida propia se construye a través de lo que hacemos, independientemente del tiempo que le invirtamos a ello dándole vueltas en nuestra cabeza. La intención, el deseo, la necesidad es previo y no genera un impacto afuera, solo adentro. Lo que verdaderamente se siente, se palpa, se observa, sobre todo en nuestros vínculos, es eso que hacemos. Preguntas para la reflexión: ¿ya hiciste eso hoy? Un gesto pequeño, un mensaje, un abrazo...
