Después de la tormenta...

Agradecer por los días bonitos y soleados. A veces pareciera que demora en salir el sol, eventualmente sale...
No tiene que pasar nada extraordinario, la sola atención a los momentos de calma y tranquilidad es suficiente para conectar con la esencia de la vida.
Tuve par de días engripada, de modo que salir me hizo bien, fue como abrirle las ventanas a mi mente y dejar entrar un poco de aire. Como todo pasa, y a veces más rápido de lo que nos gustaría, el sol se escondió y la noche se volvió fría, de modo que ya no podía estar mucho tiempo más afuera. Pero el tiempo que estuve allí, solo apreciando y sintiendo lo disfruté. Y quedaron estas fotitos de ese momento.

I had the flu for a couple of days, so going outside did me good; it was like opening the windows to my mind and letting in some fresh air. As everything passes, and sometimes more quickly than we'd like, the sun went down and the night turned cold, so I couldn't stay outside much longer. But the time I was there, just appreciating and feeling, I enjoyed it. And these little photos of that moment remain.
