Since the inception of mankind we have always seen addiction as something very bad or generally agreed to be negative instead of positive but i am very proud of making it possible to not get addicted to any social media or application in such a fastmoving & updating new era.

Actually this is our age, our time , our generation and this is what we are used to or supposed, it is so funny how every single person has one go to app on phone or desktop for some reason, either at night or by day and in most cases time dont matter, just like mine it has already become part of me, i feel mysterious instead of addicted, it is my whole lifestyle, it is me!

The biggest part of my life since i had my personal awareness as a human has been MUSIC. i have proven to be really musically inclined over the years being very efficient switching roles between effortless volume controlled singing and various instrumentation, working with several teams as well including gospel, contemporary and strictly circular music. There have been no time of my life that i never had to listen to music, sometimes i do not look for too much in a work of art, when i am in a good mood i could listen to the beat alone and keep appreciating it for a while before listening to the lyrics and melody, that way the song never gets old. In instrumentation we call that SCORING a song or to SCORE a song. You’ll find out how often i listen to songs, i am just a lover of good music and I appreciate a wide variety of genres also creative and love fusions, i hate to be boxed or enveloped under one category or genre of music. Music doesnt have borders or barriers, no criterias it doesn’t discriminate, its the only thing that keeps bringing the world together without a single iota of compromise

My personality is so attracted to midnight, silence, reduced noise, solitude, i love it when the whole world slows down and notifications fade away, not because i choose to ignore any but because the world is actually sleeping including my notifiers, so that means my attention sharpens and i can capture every single drum kick before the rough breathe and suspense in the singer's voice.

Years ago the best application in the world was launched but i ignored it for some reasons, maybe it wasnt so rampant in use and we had to pay?, idk but somehow the universe worked in the most miraculous way and i got on SPOTIFY! whoooa! its been a new life, i mean a man was BORN AGAIN. I gave my life to spotify 2022 and i will never collect it back (lol), i fell in love with how they successfully redefined streaming! the user interface is so friendly to accommodate even artistes of the 70s and 80s to upload their discographies and join the digital music world so no one is left out, my Dad streams as well thanks to spotify.

Ever since i started building my library it became ritualistic, one tap, headphones on, low or no lights and same routine every night.

We have over 190 genres of music arpund the globe from jazz to latin to carribean to pop to funk, calypso, highlife and so forth, spotify takes me on a tour with one click! i am deeply in love with music that spotify is now a home to my midnight, how it helps me dive into the lyrics and replaying each line to feel the connection as i like, just like i am doing now, during the midnight my senses are always sharper and i can read more meaning into pauses. Will anyone argue that love songs dont sound different at midnight? of course they do, love music is a genre i will keep adoring for life, its actually more than a genre but a universe that can be fused into any and it sounds amazing. ever heard a gangster sing about love?... sound really good! Love is not just a feeling but love has memories,loss ,pain, patience and silence. That is why midnight changes everything, as owls daytime songs feel shallow but at night the lyrics hit deeper and the truth in it sounds more quiet. Now i wont lie, i am addicted, but to how spotify listens to me without interrupting, keeps me company and how it suddenly turns my night to morning

Currently my favorite song that has been on loop is True Colors by the weekend, its a love song that is very emotional and has deep connections, not just about sex and fun but real life relatable experiences. He wanted his lover to show her true colors as a confession of a new lover which is relatable. I am a very big fan of R&B music, melodious rap, a bit raggae and amapiano, pop and then open to the rest.
Talking about artistes i love lyricists and melodious singers with creative techniques, i hate steady recyclers i feel thats just commercial music. I love bruno mars, drake, wizkid, the weekend, kendrick, jcole , jbalvin, badbunny, sza, asake! And a few others but there is an exception to this guy! He’s my Michael Jackson! He owns my midnight, listening to R&B songs from a legend, studying the lyrics deeply because they are honestly intellectual. Tonight i have been on Apres minute ft Tiakola, piece of me ft Brent Faiyaz, Bad for you ft Jazmine sullivan, Slow ft Anais cardot playing each at least over 10 times… its never boring because the memories of love are new each time the songs come on
i wont believe i am in bad company of music because WIZKID is the most shazamed african artiste in history and the most decorated song writer of present so the lyrics are really heartfelt and intellectual thats why we always give it a stop to read
