If there’s anything i hate more than eating water yam pottage in my life, it’s having to battle with network issues constantly, especially when I’m about to get my work done in the eleventh hour of the day or when I’m about to stream a newly released movie on Netflix. I prefer bringing the whole cinema vibe and experience to my room where there’s a good network than having to stress myself to a faraway distance to watch a movie I can watch with comfort in my home, and that too without any form of distractions or disturbances from a third party. This is my life when there’s a good network…
Network issue is a problem i always try my very best to avoid, which is why i use the SIM CARD with the best network connectivity. I don’t settle for SIM cards with poor network connections. Throughout the years, MTN has proven to be the best service provider to us in this part of the world, majority of the people in this country use MTN as their main service provider and other network providers like AIRTEL and GLO as a backup. I won’t say MTN hasn’t fumbled at all in the last couple of years, but then in comparison to other network providers, they are still the best. Ask anyone out there and they will tell you this same thing…
The last couple of days has been so bad and extremely frustrating for me, and i have MTN network provider to thank for that. I didn’t know this issue will escalate this far. If only I had known, I would’ve put in a call across their customer care line immediately to lay my complaint and have them fix whatever is going on with their network ASAP…
I came to the hood seven days ago to spend some time with my parents before finally heading back to school for my second year. I have always known my hood to be the place with the best flow of network experience, at-least before i left home network issues were hardly ever a problem for me, i never had to complain of network issues, unless it’s a general issue and not a location based issue…
What i met here in the hood last week Wednesday was a whole different thing. It felt like i was in a different world entirely but then I thought it was my device acting up, so i did my usual routine clean up and everything started working fine again with my network, only for me to work at night and my network failed me completely…
I thought it was a small issue until all my messages on both discord and WhatsApp kept on failing to send. It was at this point I knew something is definitely wrong somewhere. I was able to publish a post after an hour of struggling with the network. Thinking everything will be fine by morning, I realized this network issue only happens at night, especially around 10 pm - 1 am…
This has been happening back to back for 7 days now and I don’t think i can take it anymore. After tonight I will be contacting the MTN customer care team first thing tomorrow morning. Enough is enough, i need to know what’s wrong and for how long this is going to keep happening…
This is affecting late night workers like me, so something must be done before things get worse than this. I have been using 3G network for 7 days now, and now I’m feeling like someone who is existing in the past…
