An Urgent Call To Mindfulness And Meditation

If you have to ask me what are the things that feel so urgent because it's midnight and I will say it is meditation. I am always meditating every midnight but I just wake up in the night and just feel like meditating because it helped me to clear out my mind before morning.

Most people usually prefer meditating in the morning but I prefer midnight. I can remember when I was meditating one midnight and my sister came out and was scared she thought I was the ghost because the way I just sat calm in the middle of my compound meditating she was scared. She screamed when she saw me but I didn't stop my meditation, it was something that was urgent to me and she began to get used to it with time.

Meditation was very important to me. It was the most important thing I always love to engage at midnight. Meditation has helped me a lot. It has cleared my mind. It made me to reflect on things and issues concerning my life and make me to perform better during my work times, during the day. So it's not a big deal but it feels urgent to me every minute.

I just wake up, take a cold shower and set off for meditating. After then I go back to sleep. So it's an urgent thing for me at midnight to meditate, to reflect and to regain my mindfulness and consciousness.
