Good midnight everyone here or let me say the midnight owls. It's good to be here as a owl tonight and funny enough I met this fantastic prompt of writing a love poem. I remember sending love text messages to my partners in the past but love poem is what I'm not sure about, hehe.
But here we are and so let's try this out and I hope I'll be able to pour out emotions into this. Read this like it's from your partner you know 😉 and that's when you can feel the sparkles of love from it. Let's dive in!

At first it was like a ray of sunlight
Seeing from afar like the shape of the sun in the sky
But then it became a spark of fire
A little burning fire
A fire that burns but not burning the beholder
The feelings like the fiery furnace
Burning so well with no substance added to it
The rising speed of heartbeat
At the slightest sign of your traces
Its racing like a horse speed
At the sight of your presence
Oh that beautiful feeling but with a bit of fear
Fear of not opening it all
But still, my heart yearns for you
I do not care if time will take me back
To remind me when the feeling was still a spark
All I want is to be wrapped in your warm arms of love
To never go back to the spark
Though the noises may rise
Distractions may flash to my face
But these feelings will never go away
Never back to the spark
Like a shell of the snail would stay with the snail
Just like it would follow behind it moving together
So are we bound together
By the bond of our love
Burning so well
And never back to the spark

This poem above shows a love feelings that grew gradually from being natural either as a friend or crush to something unstoppable. No matter what may come in the journey of their love, they will still stand by themselves to love and cherish themselves without going back to when they were strangers to themselves.
I'll be dropping my 🖊️ here on the midnight letters community prompt at exactly 03:22am WAT
