TheCrazyGM tools might experience downtime over the next few days!

Hello everyone, I am still alive, still here and still happy to be alive, in this life - there is a lot to do! But the good news is, we keep putting in the work, and building what we think needs to get built for our own needs, and hopefully the entire ecosystem's benefit.

I recently travelled to Medellin, and it went really well, and while I talked about our experience in the live PIMP meeting today, I will hopefully do a conclusion post to that event here when I get a minute.

But today I need to announce that our tools may be working off and on for a few days as we undergo a major restructure of our websites. Very interesting!

You might have noticed over the last few weeks that we have been working on a comprehensive front end to display HIVE posts - I have been embedding some of the links in my articles - and above you can see an example in the form of an article I wrote for the ECOBANK, on its own site here: https://ecobankdevelopment.com/@ecoinstant/executive-summary-ecobank-development-colombia-sas-engesp

I personally think it looks really good on mobile.

Well, with all that we have built, and all that we are working on, it was time to get a new, bigger server (on top of our current 4), and do some reorganization around sites, brands and presentations. Ideally, the same functions can be served in multiple ways, recognizing that different types of users have different preferences and knowledge levels.

We have some of this built already, the emerald account onboarding tool looks different on ecobankdevelopment.com than on thecrazygm.com - we've been heading towards this for a while, we mostly think we know what we are doing, and what types of tools we need to build for our business.

Many thanks forever to all the participants, whether with a motivating relevant comment, a feature request or active testing of our tools and services. This is really nice, and it shows that the HIVE community can provide non-monetary value to builders through the mechanism of posting. I always thought this was true, but its nice to test it out and confirm you are not crazy, once in a while.

So do me a favor this week, if you notice that your favorite tool of ours, or the one you are using at the moment, is down - leave a comment on this post. I would like to secret sauce some gold bounties onto our most active users - which I don't necessarily know who they are right now, unless they speak up. Let's see what happens, probably none of them will be down "that long", but who knows - we'll see!
