Mithril Marketing - What it wants to be

I have been working on lots of things - so many connections and synergies, realizations and further understandings of how things work and how teams work together, what they are trying to achieve and why. In many ways I feel like I have learned so much about so many things that "I could not have bought a course that taught me so much for $10,000 dollars or more!"

While this "Mithril Marketing" effort is probably "not ready" for an announcement - and there are honestly several other things "ready" that I have not yet announced by doing a post about them - I feel a bit weird "blogging" about it, but I also use this writing to help myself continue to organize all these connections as I go.

Blockchain-Incentivized Micro-Task "Marketing"

Core Concept: I want to create a marketing service that leverages the HIVE blockchain's native incentive mechanisms - on all "layers", including social and software - to orchestrate micro-tasks that deliver real business value for B2B SaaS clients.

Existing Infrastructure:

• HIVE blockchain's content incentivization capabilities
• Established micro-task "communities" such as @hive-echo, POSH, open genie, hivetasks, @thedistriator and #spendHBD initiatives - among others!
• Community of users already engaged in incentivized activities and looking for tasks that are being incentivized.

Attempt at Innovation:

"Mithril Marketing" wants to be an aggregator/coordinator service that would bridge traditional B2B marketing needs (read: actual paying clients) with blockchain-native micro-task execution. This process would be iterated on-chain, with a willing (voluntary) community of users and programs/platforms.

We will attempt to provide a valuable quality control and business-focus layer on top of existing tools, and in this way "inject more" value into the ecosystem than we take from the HIVE ecosystem, since behind the activities are clients paying for the value provided.

Business Model Structure

Client Side: A SaaS client pays for marketing outcomes such as leads, interaction, awareness, content creation, etc.

Execution Side: HIVE community members earn crypto rewards for completing specific micro-and-macro tasks that roll up to client objectives. B2B sales cycles are longer than B2C, so we will be openly tracking goals, tasks and results over time for the same client(s).

Our "Role" - Social and Synergistic Middleware

We will attempt to provide strategic orchestration, quality assurance, and results translation between our HIVE ecosystem blockchain community and paying business clients - such "strategic synergy should position us as the interface between "technical" communities and real world business needs.

The seeds of this idea have been with me for a while, from "Infinite Crosslinks" up until today - and now there are more groups attempting to incentivize actions than ever! The big difference this time, for me at least, is that I actually found a paying client willing to iterate and experiment with me this novel idea.

The B2B opportunity provides us with both an opportunity to be "net positive" for HIVE ecosystem flows, but also a challenge with more complicated deliverables to break apart into tasks. I believe that through iteration we should be able to learn something, at the very least.
