Today is Thursday and itâs Throwback Thursday guys!!
A day set aside in the community to go down memory lane. We get to reminisce about stories, events, or moments we have experienced and share them with the community.
Earlier today, I couldnât help but go down memory lane as I remembered the comedy show I attended last year. The show was titled âBovi Out of Order. It was hosted by a popular comedian in my country. Comedians from different parts of my country were in attendance as they all graced the stage and cracked us up.
Itâs been a while since I attended this show but I still remember it just like yesterday. The jokes, music, food, games, and everything.
I laughed really hard that day and I was glad that I attended the show. I think comedy shows are underrated and they do not get the recognition they deserve. Making people laugh in this present economy is not a walk in the park but these people do it for a living.
I enjoyed myself that day and wouldnât mind reliving the experience again and again.
The interesting part of attending the comedy show was taking a tour of the venue. The show was held in a cultural and art hub making it easy for participants to explore and have fun.
There was enough to see, touch, and learn.
Seeing all the beautiful artworks, I couldnât believe how creative and talented some artists were. I mean some people are super talented and can transform whatever they touch into gold.
These artworks were made with tiny beads and I canât imagine how long it took the artists to complete this kind of project.
Some of the artwork depicts the Benin peopleâs culture and these artists did a fantastic job with each of them.
All the pieces were beautifully and skillfully crafted by skilled artisans who take their job seriously and give it their best.
The artworks were up for sale, so you could purchase anyone that caught your attention.
It was an eventful day. There was so much to eat and drink and amazing prizes to be won.
The price of the tickets was worth it as they gave us value for our money.
I got to see some of my favorite celebrities and that alone was a big deal for me.
All images are mine except otherwise stated.

I have never attended such an event, but boy would I love to because there are several comedians from my country that I would love to meet someday.
By the way those artworks are beautiful.

Thank you!
Shows like this are fun to watch and sometimes I am amazed at how comedians can think of funny random conversations with the audience; they are so witty. The artwork (the one with beads) is amazing; it must be a tedious and time-consuming task to complete these art pieces.
They absolutely are!! They do so much, honestly.
I can't imagine how long it took the artist to complete it.

Itâs amazing how moments like that linger in our minds long after theyâve passed.
I can tell it was a day packed with joy, laughter, and inspiration. Glad you got to experience that! đȘđŒ
