I try to avoid flying over people, I usually choose a spot to take off away from people. There are some restrictions here too, specially because there are a few airports and military areas near by. But overall it's not hard to find a safe spot to fly.

You are right, and I dont wanna get in trouble with that too. I often go to nature anyway so it is not always a case for me unless I have to but I will make sure to get permits and be careful.
