Can't Be Just Me.

When we arrive at that stage where all we wish could happen is to tear open our chest and switch off the power that supplies us with the deep and crazy emotions that often result in heartbreak.

No one wants to be broken, no one is happy to be taken for granted and nobody would love to be dumped but this is what happens, at least if not 100% more than half of it are great victims of unseen circumstances.

Only today a friend of mine shared with me an article that narrates the story of a young lady who happened to know about how her cheating boyfriend impregnated another girl and yet forgave him, took care of the pregnant lady, and even at the time of delivery, was there present with her, only for the lady to come down to her apartment a few months after delivery to drop her child with her and that was it. She later found out that both her boyfriend and the lady flew overseas leaving their child with her.

Well, it would have been better if it ended there but it didn't because, at the end of the day, it was said that the said couple came back after 13 years abs tried to lay claim on a child that they abandoned to an ex-lover.

The story be in truth or not, strange things happen and this and more could be someone's true story and that makes me conclude how very wise our creator is, love wouldn't have exited if the key was a follow come from birth because of how people like the victimized lady and someone as myself who would have locked up long ago and throw the keys even just to gain our peace. Emotions are one of the most fragile aspects of a human and should be guided at all costs no matter the force of the break.
