| Это огромное граффити – самый большой портрет маршала Жукова - было сделано на доме 17 пешеходной московской улицы Арбат к 70-летию победы в Великой отечественной войне в 2015 году. Конечно, Георгий Константинович Жуков – один из главных генералов военного времени – не мог не быть представлен к знаменательной дате. | This huge graffiti - the largest portrait of Marshal Zhukov - was made on house 17 of Moscow's pedestrian Arbat street for the 70th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War in 2015. Of course, Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov, one of the main wartime generals, could not help but be presented on this significant date. |
| Я очень давно не была на Арбате, поэтому не видела раньше это граффити. Моя фотография совсем недавняя. | Граффити делали молодые художники из объединения «Арт фасад» по заданию и на средства партии Единая Россия. | The graffiti was made by young artists from the Art Facade association on instructions and with funds from the United Russia party. |
| Художники с помощью проектора нанесли рисунок на стену. Этот портрет 19 метров в высоту и около 17 в длину. Въедливые блогеры уже установили, что и мундир у маршала не совсем правильно изображен и состав многочисленных наград не совсем тот. Видимо, к первоисточнику для перенесения портрета на стену надо было отнестись более щепетильно. | The artists used a projector to apply the drawing to the wall. This portrait is 19 meters high and about 17 meters long. Corrosive bloggers have already established that the marshal’s uniform is not depicted quite correctly and the composition of numerous awards is not entirely true. Apparently, in order to transfer the portrait to the wall, it was necessary to treat the original source more carefully. |
