Managing everything yourself has its pros and cons. Inner peace and tranquility are among them. You control how you manage, and no one will interrupt you unnecessarily. On the other hand, you'll have to double or triple the workload. In your case, you do an impeccable job, but I see you're left with too much responsibility.

I agree with you again. But on one aspect only to a certain amount:
I agree with you that it is a ton of responsibility. And I don't see this not only for CCCEO itself, but the responsibility for all the community members and investors, delegators and so on too. It is a mountain of responsibility, but I have choosen this and choose it every day again. And I promised that I will manage it in the best way I can. So... the thing is clear for me; there is just one way. Is it to much responsibility? Can I answer that? Before I make a risk analysis here, I say and feel: POWERPAUL! (Who is not doing everything perfect or never mistakes - 100% proven. But... POWERPAUL!) ;-)
My (and our) is that I really love what I do. So... Vamos! !BEER
