Obedience To God's Will - Topic Review

Happy Lord's Day great people and I hope we had wonderful moments in God's presence.

What do we mean by being obedient to the will of God? That we sleep and wake, dine and wine beside God or with God does not mean we are obeying his commandments and his will.

For instance, a child has the right to stay with his father in his father's home, live with him, eat his food, get allowances but the child might still be a disobedient child not obeying the father's will.
So also are we in the hands of God our heavenly Father. So we shouldn't feel confused when we discovered that at the end of everything, we are still not following God or doing his will no matter how close we think we are to God.

His wills are not to be partially followed but fully and always followed if we want God to fully accord us as his own and whom he can vouch for just as the way he did for Job in the presence of Satan.

Above all, for us to enter into the promised eternal life of peace and rest, to enjoy the peace, comfort and joy he had promised us then we have to follow and obey his will and commandments. There is no alternative to this and this is the only way or criteria to be worthy of getting the fulfillment of his promises.

In summary, for every master you choose to follow, you must obey them.
