Keeping Promises To Children - Topic Review

Just like a popular saying that we all grew up to know that Promise is a debt. Promises are made either out of love to show love to the fellow or for some people who feels to make promises just for saying purpose.

Happy Sunday and trust our day was great in God's presence today..... Let's dive in proper.

Based on my observations and my conclusion around them, once genuine promises or vows are made then it becomes hard to fulfil. Not because you really don't wanna fulfil it or the mindset behind making the promises deviated but I think it happens mostly like that because making promises seems more or less like you're commanding what tomorrow would be already when all we have capacity on is Today ONLY, not Yesterday or Tomorrow.

For me I still so much believe in Surprises than promises. If you wanna give me anything or you feel like doing something for me, just make it a surprise and see how exciting I will be no matter how small it is but promising me without fulfilling or me getting to remind you about it.... I won't even ask anyway cos I already concluded on your behalf in your favour that probably fiscal responsibilities are too much at the moment which caused a pause on mine.

Now, can a child think that way? Will a child get to reason like an adult on behalf of the parent that they are not financially bouyant at the moment to fulfil their promises which they made?

If we are lucky enough to have an outspoken child or children then we have the grace to explain the reasons for the delay but when it becomes the situation of the child been a timid person who wouldn't talk let alone knowing he or she is hurt by your refusal to fulfil the promise then it becomes an unknown problem.

In every case, it is far better to make it a surprise than making a promise since you never can tell what may happen in the nearest minutes.
Do not be mistakenly pushed to making promises either to an adult or children as they truly stand afar, waiting for us as an unpaid debt for us to eventually fulfil in multifold or be punished for it.
