Great to see a Dev stepping in, learning and helping build other communities. We also rely on the excellent work of devs who are learning Hive and brushing up on their skills. We have the !SLOTH bot, which we're currently moving to a new server, so hopefully will be running again soon.
I see you have a lot of tipping bots on the go, do you think they all add to Hive, or do they become 'spammy'? I'd seen a lot of chat about tipping bots before, it seems most communities have tailored their bot to post into certain threads, or to also vote and curate content recently much like the Sloth bot.

Well, there is indeed a lot of talks about bots on Hive. In the beginning, I based it on the BBH bot as it was at that moment, and that quickly became spammy indeed, posting comments on each action (and some Hive accounts were abusing the bots for spamming, posting the tipping commands literally everywhere, even though they didn't own a single one of the tokens required, resulting in a lot of spam). Due to that, I changed the bots to no longer post comments on invoking, but to only post a daily summary post on their own account. That was still considered spam by some (and kept receiving major downvotes), so I changed it all again, and now all my bots (or better, our, because I'm working on this together with @tydynrain) post a weekly summary in the major account only, being @mmbot.
Do these tipping bots bring something extra to Hive? Well, yes, that is the idea... We are working on a whole setup, with quite some similarities to Sloth if I see your comment correctly. The idea is that the MMB token (Maximum Mutual Benefit) will become a nice earning token, with many benefits for the owners, and building on all the other bots in our system.
We are still working on it at the moment, and unfortunately, life often comes inbetween, and we lost a lot of time already on trying to get to comply to the "rules" so that we can get rid of the low ratings and downvotes, all just implied by some people.
