Didn't know this feature! Seen other people use it as a little message cloud appears in some posts all over Hive.

It's a pretty cool way to increase engagement (hopefully). It's nice to see Hive users building on what others have built. That's the benefit of a decentralised society. Everyone can add to the success of other projects without being directly involved.
