Have you heard of @commentrewarder? I mean, I'm using it on this post. By delegating a % of this post's earnings, I can reward you, awesome buzzers, who comment on this post! It's simple yet effective! I'd like to say it increases engagement, but I feel it's generally underloved. Much like many Hive projects and tools, they just don't receive the buzz they deserve!

I just discovered that the Snapie team have added a cool little feature to their Snapie snaps site! They've added 'Tap In Tu', allowing you to view all posts using the Hiverewarder system. Hopefully, this gives more users the buzz they need to engage with other Hivians, helping everyone buzz and grow on the chain together!
Mostly, this post is just an excuse for me to check out Tap in tu, and see if my posts go to the top of the list, and how long it takes to update! I think it's an awesome concept, something I had considered when I started using CommentRewarder on all my posts. I've noticed a slight increase in engagement, but that could also be because I've challenged myself to be more engaging!

I always tell people the key to Hive is being social, but like many, I sloth too much! I come, I do a quick check of my notifications, reply to those who commented on my posts, create some new posts, then leave. I need to spend more time engaging with quality content on Hive, and this feels like a nice little slothly way to find more posts that seek engagement. A lot of posts don't encourage commenting, but I always try to add something worth replying to. Sort of like a little secret test to see if people are actually reading them or simply commenting for reward. For example, say a random number first in your comment so I know you've actually read this!
One thing I had noticed was CommentRewarder was used in the 'short form' thread containers for all the major sites. This brings more users to comment, though much of it appears to be just random spam rather than genuine engagement. I guess if you can make more simply by spamming random comments in short form, it takes away from the excitement of crafting a read-worthy post! At least the author has control over who to share the reward with!

Although we've added Slothbuzz 'Hangs', we've yet to add a comment rewarder, although we probably will in future to encourage use. We'll need to be selective about who we upvote to share those rewards with. As always, slothbuzz aims for quality over quantity! It's great to make a 'post a day', but if no one is reading or engaging, is it really worth it?
If nothing else, at least your Hangs show up in the Slothbuzz radio and allow you to participate in the mini hang game! A little fun to make your day buzz!
until next time,
Sloth out!
PS, let me know if you found me on Tapintu!
Didn't know this feature! Seen other people use it as a little message cloud appears in some posts all over Hive.
Checking the Tap U project too. Thanks for sharing!

It's a pretty cool way to increase engagement (hopefully). It's nice to see Hive users building on what others have built. That's the benefit of a decentralised society. Everyone can add to the success of other projects without being directly involved.
I posted, I checked TapinTu, I set dark mode and refreshed...
Love me some nifty features! Buzz on!
dark mode is my jam. I think if there wasn't dark mode for browser and other software, I'd be going blind by now.

Clever doggo! Dogmigo is much better than caturday! I'll need to try to remember that community and share some more of my doggo!
I hope to see your 🐶 pictures adventures soon 💞
Hey @slothlydoesit Thank you for promoting our little project to get @commentrewarder more visible. Getting comment engagement at this time (of low prices) might be the one thing that keeps people active on Hive. So, it's worth strengthening. Everyone should take advantage of both @CommentRewarder and Tapintu. Would you say its working? 😏
(I did find you on Tapintu)
