Since the month began, the rain has been around. But a few days ago, that the sun decided it was done waiting, so it came up strong, bringing warmth to the atmosphere.

That day I was at the church for choir practice. As I reached the base of the steps, light was spilling across the tiles and throwing shadows in every direction. The railing, the columns, even the flower by the side — everything had its own shadow dancing on the staircase.

I stood there for a moment, enjoying the warmth and quietness of the premises. I couldn't help but wish for more sunlight. Enough of the rain!
