Hello, good morning, afternoon, or evening, #shadowhunters community. A new post for this shadow hunt on #hive, version #434 of the #SMASH contest.
I spent a few days in the Tolima region—it was a trip of about 5 hours to my destination. The weather in that town is mostly hot; the heat makes you want to be in the pool or have a fan right next to you. Hahaha, but luckily, the first few days I spent there were a bit cloudier, and the sun didn’t feel quite as intense. Still, you definitely needed a good fan to relax comfortably.🤣
The house where we stayed is surrounded by trees, with a lawn and lots of flowers. Birds linger there, enjoying the fruits, flowers, and waterers available to them. At night, drawn by the insects, you can see some bats flying past the pool and through the trees. It’s all very pretty, and it’s wonderful to see these animals active in that town.
The day we were set to leave and head back home took me a little by surprise; I’d expected it to be a cool, cloudy day like the ones before. However, the sun was out as early as six in the morning, and I took advantage of that moment to snap a few photos of the shadows around the place. It was a beautiful sun, one that had me sweating before we even set out on our journey.
