Humans are generally a social animal and I'm guessing that's why lots of humans can't do without being around people, and the likes, however being a social animal doesn't mean we shouldn't have some time to ourselves. We all know that when you are around people all the time, you'll be surrounded by noise, people's opinions, ideal and the likes and when that becomes too much, it'll be difficult to differentiate between your ideal and that of others, ultimately making your unable to have a heart-to-heart conversation with yourself, to know what you want, what you need to do and the likes. As a person how often do I have my me time? Below I'll respond to this and related issues.

To start with, it's worth noting that those who ain't comfortable with being alone too much is as a result of their traits, we all know humans have different traits, such as introvert, extrovert and the likes. Extroverted individuals love to be around people, talking and are very lively, so it's normal to see such people not comfortable in being alone for long. However, introverted people would find it easy to be alone and not feel like it's a big deal because of their traits. So which traits do I fall into between both? I'm an introvert and I usually enjoy behind alone than being with people.
What I mean isn't that I don't like being around people, all I'm saying is that I prefer to spend more time by myself alone, than the amount of time I spend with people. And that's probably why when I go to work each day, you'll see me run home almost immediately, not because I don't love my job or my colleague, but because I'm already craving time to myself after spending hours around people. I particularly love being alone because it gives me room to think deeply about my life, help me scrutinize myself and detect whatever I'm doing wrong, which is something that's quite difficult to do when you're always around people, you'll not have time to think about what matters to you personally.
However, it's worth knowing that people who don't like being alone often isn't because they're afraid to face themselves or think about their lives, it's just their own nature according to their traits and I'm sure they'll also have time when they'll just want to be by themselves despite being an extroverts. Because even I myself who is an introvert that enjoys having me time, on some occasions craves being around people and that makes me step out to experience different aspects of living that I'm not use to, but I know is necessary for one sanity.
So what do you think about the subject matter? Are people just afraid to face themselves and that's why they don't like spending time alone or is it just as a result of their traits like I said?
