Did you know you can make your own energy bars? There are recipes online for that.
I think having someone like Phil as a reference ๐ really helps to keep us motivated. Itโs true that the feelings we get when cycling can only be understood by us, especially when it involves great effort. Just todayโฆ well, yesterday really, since itโs already past midnight, I was telling a friend that this becomes addictive.
Congratulations on your achievements. Youโre inspiring too. And Iโm really glad you have your daughterโs company.

Yes I know the energy bar recipes, I usually only carry carb bars in my bag for when I forget to bring normal food (currant buns) on my rides, the protein bars are good but I would never buy them. With normal food you can get the same result.
