Katedra

Na przedstawionej grafice widzimy monumentalną fasadę katedry w stylu gotyckim, która nie wiem czemu ale przemożnie kojarzy mi się z katedrą Notre Dame w Montrealu poza brakiem wież. W kontraście do szczegółowej architektury czarno-białego gmachu autorka umieściła barwne akcenty.
Niestety nie znam się na sztuce, znam się trochę na Hive i połączyłem siły z panią Teresą Kubacką, artystką tworzącą od lat w Katowicach.

The featured graphic features a monumental Gothic cathedral façade, which, for some reason, strongly reminds me of Notre Dame Cathedral in Montreal, except for the lack of towers. The artist added colorful accents to contrast the detailed architecture of the black-and-white building. Unfortunately, I'm not an art expert, but I do know a bit about Hive, and I teamed up with Teresa Kubacka, an artist who has been working in Katowice for years.

Teresa Kubacka (ur. 16 maja 1962 w Koszalinie).
Absolwentka Instytutu Wychowania Artystycznego Uniwersytetu im. Jana Długosza w Częstochowie.
Dyplom z grafiki w pracowni prof. R. Osadczego zrealizowała i obroniła w 1985 roku. Przez ostatnie trzydzieści kilka lat zajmowała się edukacją plastyczną w szkołach katowickich, gdzie z pasją oddawała się pracy pedagogicznej i organizacji wydarzeń artystycznych, plenerów i warsztatów. Najważniejsze nagrody i wyróżnienia: konkurs graficzny im. Aleksandra Raka (BWA Katowice), Źródło 1988, konkurs Natura Matką Ludzi – brązowy medal w 1988 roku.
Udział w licznych plenerach artystycznych i wystawach.
Mieszka i pracuje w Katowicach.

Teresa Kubacka (born May 16, 1962 in Koszalin).
A graduate of the Institute of Artistic Education at the Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa.
She completed and defended her diploma in graphic arts under Professor R. Osadczy in 1985. For the past thirty years, she has been involved in art education in schools in Katowice, where she passionately devoted herself to teaching and organizing artistic events, plein-air workshops, and workshops. Major awards and distinctions include the Aleksander Rak Graphics Competition (BWA Katowice), Source 1988, and the Nature the Mother of People competition – bronze medal in 1988.
She has participated in numerous plein-air workshops and exhibitions.
She lives and works in Katowice.
