Parker has only a few fans, but his skill is higher. People don't know Parker's talent and skill.

To draw Parker, I drew chibi body sketch. Then, I drew his uniform, shoes and hat. Parker is just standing, it is easy to draw him. Before Parker, I tried to draw other pictures, but I still can not draw some body postures. That is why I chose Parker to draw.

For the background, I painted the ground with grey colour, then I added grasses in the picture. Above them, I added clouds pictures with blue an white colours, using cloud tool in ibis paint x app.

Lastly, I painted his picture.His uniform, neck tie, shoes and hat are painted with black colour. I added a few lines and small pattern with orange colour on his suit. On his hat, I also drew a small design and lines with light green colour. For his skin, I painted it with fair skin colour. After painting the whole picture, I finished the picture of R228 Parker.
