MOOD-BOOSTING TIPS TO ACTIVATE DURING YOUR DOWN MOMENTS

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog at this hour. There are those moment in your day when you feel so down and find it difficult to get back to being yourself. It may be that you are experiencing some setbacks at work, you're in a relationship that you can not figure out the next move to take or you just received some disturbing news from friends or family. Well, you're not the only one who may be experiencing such phase in your life. It is one of the hurdles that we've got to cross at one point or the the other in life.

However, there are some habits that you can practice over time that will help you to derive satisfaction in life during your most so rosy moments. As simple as sending a text to your bestie about a random favorite memory you shared together or switching on your console to play one of your favorite video game can lift your mood and make you forget the challenges that is weighing you down.

In my down moments, i feel more relieved when i do a random act of kindness to someone around me. I may just decide to buy food items for the woman that does my laundry or sending some donations to my Church's bank account. I could also send text messages to some friends or family wishing them a great day at work or complimenting someone for appearing good. These positive vibes can reduce anxiety and boost happiness in you.

Some other ways of feeling relieved during the difficult phase in your life is to hug and play with your pets. You can run around the surrounding with your pet, laughing and talking to them. These actions can greatly improve your mood positively. On the other hand, it also works like magic when you hug a loved one or friend for at least ten seconds. But in the case where there is no pet nor loved one to hug, im sure you've got some pillow. You can grab your pillow and hug it tightly for some seconds. These simple actions can release the endorphins in your body and make you relaxed.

It can also be helpful when you sit back and think about the grudges that you have been holding towards yourself or others. Use this opportunity to forgive yourself or the person that have hurt you in the past. During this solemn moment you can also assure yourself that you're strong and capable of overcoming all your challenges.
