Three Weeks to Recharge: Fitness, Family, and Fun || LPUD

Nothing really beats the feeling of finally getting a break off work so you can relax and rejuvenate ahead of when you'll have to resume again. For the past three months and some weeks, it's been an active package one for me, as I had to deal with all school-related activities, from teaching, mentoring, and conducting assessments to several other ones, to name but a few, and now that the term is over, I can't help but be excited that I'll at least have time to relate and as well celebrate the festive season with my loved ones.

For this coming festive season, I've got loads of activities planned for the year-ending things I want to do, although most aren't going as planned, but then I can't help but be grateful for the gift of life and the privilege to be here despite all the stress I undergo through the active period of the school term. Despite all of the accidents that happen on the route I usually take to work, I'm delighted to not be affected for one, and it's my prayer that for the remaining days left for this year, I'll be going and coming safely.

Also, with the school section being concluded, I can't help but hope I'll be able to once again resume back to the gym and begin my exercise and weight loss routine once again. I remember I couldn't continue the tradition after we resumed back to school three months ago due to the fact that I was overwhelmed with the amount of tasks I've had to do, and by the time I close from work, I'm just too exhausted to go to the gym.

Even though this break is just for about three weeks, I can't help but hope if I resume back for the exercise, there'll be a significant difference in my body shape and weight before we resume once again. I know starting again won't be easy, given the fact that I hadn't exercised in the last few months, but I'm positive and ready to face everything with the desire to achieve my desired result.

Leo power-up day

Good day everyone, it's the last edition of the Leo power-up day, and I'm excited to see that I've stuck to my plan at the beginning of the year that I wanted to make sure I participate on every single Leo power-up day this year, and from January till this month of December, that has been the case, which makes me feel fulfilled and ready to set and break new goals in the coming year.

Although there are a few little setbacks as I didn't meet up with the total number of Leo I wanted to have staked by this time of the year, it's all good, and I'm feeling positive that I'll achieve much more in 2025, so this month I power up 150 Leo token, and that took my total Leo token stake to 3195.
