Happy Father's Day to All Fathers Around the World

So today is Father’s Day well , at least in my church and I think in some parts of the world too , It is one of those special Sundays when fathers are appreciated and celebrated , and to be honest, they truly deserve it , Even though I did not get to attend church physically today, I still tried my best to be part of it.

I didn’t go to church today because, well, I didn’t have tfare , Yeah, things are somehow financially right now and transport money to church wasn't available. But I didn’t let that stop me completely I decided to join the service online. Thank God for technology , hehe... right? At least, if you can’t be there in person, you can still be part of it from your corner , yesh.. I joined the online stream and followed the service for like an hour or so.

They started with praise and worship I actually enjoyed it , The energy was strong , and even from my small phone speaker, I could feel the whole vibes, Then they did the normal church routine, and soon it got to the Father’s Day part. Fathers in the church were called out and appreciated, and I smiled seeing them wear their native attires and looking happy. It's beautiful when people are celebrated, even if it is just once in a year ,so I stayed online until it got to sermon time , That was when my data started misbehaving and I had to log off . These days, data is gold you know ? ,everything is now expensive food, tfare, and even something as simple as staying connected.

But anyway, I am glad I joined , even if it was not for the full service , It reminded me how important fathers are and how much we should appreciate them ,I know not everyone has a good relationship with their father , but for those of us who do, we should not take it for granted at all.

Talking about fathers, let me talk about mine.My dad is honestly a blessing, He’s loving and caring, One thing I love about him is that he is not partial, he doesn’t do that “favour one child over the other” thing, If you do well, you get praise, if you mess up, you get corrected no bias thing , no special treatment, He’s fair and always wants peace in the house.

He may not say too much all the time but his actions speak loud , From the way he wakes up early to make sure the house is fine, to the quiet way he supports us when we don’t even expect it , There was a time I was really down and did not have the courage to talk to anyone, It was my dad who just quietly noticed and said, “Are you okay?” That question, simple as it was, melted something in me that time.

So yeah... today I celebrate my dad. He is not perfect, but he is a good man, and to all the fathers out there trying their best providing, protecting, correcting with love, and just being present I say Happy Father’s Day to you all, You are seen, appreciated, and valued , even if no one gives you gifts or cakes or card today, just know you are doing something powerful by showing up every day.

And to those ones who have lost their dads or never really had the chance to know them , I pray peace and strength finds you today (Amen)
