Imbibing and teaching the young ones

Good day everyone,
Teaching the young ones around how to do somethings is our responsibility and teaching takes a gradual process not everything the young can know at ones evenvtge adult inclusive.
Teaching help to shape the young ones life and giving them basic tools to survive in the world.

One of my niece since i started during the poultry he usually watch me and sometimes he will want to follow me inside the pen but he has birds phobia, gradually he pass the stage but couldnt hold the birds but can move closer without touching them. Then as i pet them i ask him to touch them that they wont bite him, later i ask him to feed the birds just to getvuse to them and now he can do all this things very well even when am not around i will give him the instruction on time to feed them.

Today i thought him how to clean the poultry house , giving him the basic instruments to use. Then i ask him to watch me as i use scapper to clean the poo and the sawdust on the floor, after the cleaning i ask him to spread the new sawdust on the ground and i told him he should not allow too must of sawdust to be at a point because it could enter their water or food which could spoil their food and water and cause wastage at the end of the day. At the same time we did it together and everything went well.
