I was speechless for some minutes when someone told me yesterday that he sold my land to build a foundation on my sister's land, like what the heck!

I asked him why he did that without informing my sister or me. He said someone sold my sister's land to another buyer, and he had to fight them to reclaim it, which is why he sold my land to put a foundation on it so they will know it has an owner.

His silence would have been better, cos why would you sell a land without issue to erect a foundation on a land with issue without informing the owners of the land! And then he gave another shitty reason, he said it happened during the time we lost our mum, my head was hot, you sold my land and didn't tell me about it because my mum just died, and you used the money to build on my sister's land without informing her too...Gosh!

I left the place without saying anything more. It was when I got home that I started thinking about all that happened that day, what gave this man the confidence to sell my land without informing me, did he think I won't react because of the foundation he did on my sister's land, and let it go?

I sent a voice note to my sister, which I told her to forward to him, that he should refund 800k to me within 2 weeks or else I am going to get him arrested, unfortunately for him, I didn't wait for two weeks before I went to the police station today and as expected, they gave me two policewomen to follow me and invite him to the police station.

All the police officers who heard the story were annoyed lol, we were taken to the DPO and as expected, he was furious too and called him a bad man, if he could sell a small land without the owner consent, then he can do worse if someone outside the country told him to manage his properties.

I told them earlier I do not want to start a case with him as long as pays me my money[ the 800k I demanded] which is just part of the money paid for the land, we spent 1.2m to secure both lands but I was ready to let go of the rest knowing the 800k would be hard for him to gtet.

The DPO said he should be in the cell already if not because I said I don't want to take it far, to cut it short, no case yet and he promised to pay the 800k by jan 10, I will wait to see if he pays but if he doesn't, then what am trying to avoid is what will happen, he will witness the other side of me.
