A question was thrown to the public: Who is most likely to succeed after 10 years among these three people listed below?

Mr. A invested 10 million Naira in real estate.
Mr. B invested 10 million Naira in stocks.
Mr. C invested 10 million Naira in a small business.

Mr. A, who invested in real estate, can either succeed or fail. We have seen people buy land in a bushy area expecting development, only for the area to remain undeveloped for 20 years. In the end, they sell the land for less than they paid for it. On the other hand, some people buy similar land and, within months, the area begins to develop. Infrastructure arrives, businesses move in, and the value of the land increases tenfold.

Stocks have created generational wealth for some people, while others have lost their life savings investing in them. While some investors are celebrating huge gains, others are counting painful losses. Life determines which side Mr. B ends up on.

There is a saying that most new businesses fail within five years. Yet some businesses survive the test of time and turn their owners into millionaires and even billionaires.
